A1.Alabastrite is the product line name for polyresin items. It is a stone-based material which can be intricately molded producing great detail, and will allow paint to adhere. These items may be cleaned by dusting, however, they should not be washed with water as they are painted with water soluble paints

Q2.How can I order something that isn't listed on the website?
A2.If you know the item number (i.e. ordering from a catalog), then go to the Express Order page. There you can enter the item number and quantity of your order

Q3.I am a registered subwholesaler. Why doesn't my shopping cart reflect my discount?
A3.Subwholesalers must first log in, and then use the Express Order  feature to input an order. The discounted price should then appear in the shopping cart.

Q4. How do Gift Certificates work?                                           A4.Select an amount from the drop down menu on the product description page. Click add to cart. Continue shopping or check out. Once you have purchased the Gift Certificate you will be sent an e-mail containing the Gift Certificate, certificate number, and instructions regarding delivery. An E-mail will be sent for every Gift Certificate ordered, so you can forward each certificate to the desired recipient. Sorry, no promotions are valid with Gift certificates.
